Tavira № 1

10 October, 2012

Saturday was all about relaxing at the beach in Tavira. There were three of us girls that found each other the day before, so we decided to spend it together. We didn't do much more than eat, walk, pick shells at the beach and barely dipping our bodies in the ocean, which turned out to be surprisingly warm. I started doing something I haven't done properly since April - I meditated. I finally remembered that the process I learned for that back then is called Antar Mouna.

// By the way - one of my friends back in Norway just started a wonderful, little blog about her adventures in Northern Norway. Take a look here.//

  2. The best way to spend a day! Congrats on the meditation too, I really want to start, but I'm worried I won't be able to find mental stillness, even for a minute. -_-

  5. Such beauitful pictures, and an interesting beach too. I've been wanting to go to Portugal (well, anywhere in Europe) for a long time now. The last time I was in Europe was over ten years ago!

  9. Uwielbiam Twoje kadry, takie niedopowiedziane, jakbyś chciała, żebyśmy sami do pewnych ujęć dopowiedzieli swoje historie:)) ...uwielbiam!
Ciągle pracuje nas własnymi, mam wrażenie( i słysze też czasami od męża;), że mam z tym problem.

    Pozdrawiam!
