de Young Museum

29 March, 2012

Seeing the Jean Paul Gaultier exhibition at the de Young Museum today was truly a once in a lifetime experience. Never have I seen couture that screams boudoir as loudly as here, and I'm astonished by how it's possible to think beyond limits the way Jean Paul Gaultier does.

Visiting modern museums in San Francisco is officially my new favorite thing to do.

  6. Visiting from IB4M! I have to admit my knowledge of any and all things artsy is zilch, so your blog is slightly intimidating. My younger sister is majoring in art history though, and we have plans to visit the Andy Warhol museum here in Pittsburgh while she's here. Maybe it'll help me feel a little more cultured :)

    1. You know I wasn't hooked on art before about the same time last year, so I still feel like I have a long way to go when it comes to become more cultured :)
